We have a long-term commitment to software testing and test automation research. Our mission is to to be a active member of global software test automation research community.

We are continously partnering in jointly-funded national (TEKES) and international research (ITEA2, CELTIC, ARTEMIS, EU FP7) projects to push the testing and test automation beyond its limits. Our focus is to participate actively on applied research projects enabling fast transfers of technological results to benefit our customers.

In addition of jointly-funded research project activities we offer our customers private contract research enabling them to meet their today's and future software testing and test automation requirements. Check the Solutions and Services to learn more about our contract R&D offering.

Research areas

Our research interests include, but are not limited, areas of:

  • Test modeling and test specification solutions.
  • Desing for Testability.
  • Software test automation, test management and test reuse solutions.
  • Security testing and monitoring solutions.
  • Solutions for testing complex software-intensive systems.
  • System integration solutions.
